Then the reservation will be confirmed with a fax or an email from hotel. It need a money transfer of the confirmatory deposit to agree with hotel management, by one of the following:

Please insert in the payment cause: the name of reservation, arrival and departure date.

Arrival and departure
The day of arrival the rooms are available after 2 pm.
The day of departure please free your room before 10:30 am.

Reservation cancel
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please tell us as soon as possible.
Reservation cancel till 10 days before arrival date does not lost your confirmatory deposit, that can be used for another holiday in our hotel, by the year.
Reservation cancel after 10 days before arrival date, the confirmatory deposit will be lost.
If predate departure we will charge bed and breakfast rate for 3 days after departure. Only for illness with medical certificate we will not charge any payment.
